Usage

doRegex(x, matchAgainst, pattern = "(^| )%s($|,|=)")

Arguments

Root pattern to search for

matchAgainst

Text to search through

pattern

Regex pattern to build x into

Value

A list of indices of matchAgainst that is matched

Details

Only used by getCoefsFromPredictorsRevo for finding matches between predictors and coefficients
